Maple Syrup Grades
Vermont Fancy
- Light Amber Color, Delicate Maple Bouquet
- Delightfully mild maple flavor, excellent on ice cream or on foods which
permit its subtle flavor to be appreciated.
Grade A Medium Amber
- Medium Amber Color, Pronounced Maple Bouquet
Grade A Dark Amber
- Dark Amber Color, Robust Maple Bouquet
- Heartier maple flavor, also very popular for table and all around use.
Grade B
- The Strongest and Darkest Table Grade Maple Syrup
- Some folks prefer this syrup for the table, and its stronger maple flavor
makes it the best grade for cooking.
**Please Note! All orders will be
shipped using either Grade A Medium Amber or Dark Amber,
unless customer makes a special request using the comment field during checkout.
Other Maple Products
MAPLE CREAM
- Made by evaporating close to 3 lbs. of water from each gallon of fancy
syrup. The concentrate is then cooled and whipped to a creamy consistency.
Use as a spread on toast, pancakes, muffins, doughnuts, cakes, etc. Also
excellent as a baste for ham.
GRANULATED MAPLE SUGAR
- Made from 100% maple syrup. Use as a sweetener for cooking or sprinkle
on toast, cereal, fruit, etc.
